We'll begin with a gentle nature connection walk, attuning our senses to the hush and wonder of winter’s landscape. We will let our creative juices flow during a journaling and poetry workshop, where we will reflect on the end of the year with insight, memory, and imagination. We will sip wild-foraged teas in a mindful tasting ritual that awakens the body and spirit.
And finally, while the light fades, we melt into the heath of the Tigh 'N Alluis yurt-sauna. Letting the warmth carry away the old and welcome the new.
This is a day to honour stillness, celebrate renewal, and kindle your inner light. At the end of the day you will feel restored, inspired, and deeply connected.
