Our mission is to connect you to nature in an easy and accessible way. A good way to do this is by going on a forest bathing walk, or come to one of our nature connection retreats.

Wild Women Wellness + sauna

Sunday the 22nd of March

10.30 - 12.00

Laragh, county Wicklow

€55

Immerse yourself in a morning designed to awaken your wild, grounded, and deeply feminine self. From 10.30 to 13.00, we gather in the heart of Laragh for a half‑day retreat that invites you to reconnect with nature, your inner landscape, and a circle of like‑minded women. We close our time together with a rejuvenating visit to the Glendalough Sauna, where heat, river water, and mountain air weave the final threads of the morning. Enjoy a warming sauna session followed by refreshing cold dips in the river, leaving you energised, clear, and deeply alive.

This experience blends gentle adventure with soulful restoration. Together we will:

  • Walk barefoot on the earth, arriving fully in our bodies
  • Settle into guided meditations that soften the mind and open the senses
  • Let out our wild self during a ecstatic dance session
  • Explore tree‑root connection practices to feel supported, steady, and rooted
  • Forage for wild herbs and craft a simple, nourishing wild tea
  • Enjoy the heat of the sauna and brave the cold with wild river dips

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the wild woman within you. Everything during this day is an invitation. If there are any activities you don't feel comfortable with, you're free to decline the invitation and relax in your own way.

Join us for an informal morning of connecting and catching up with other small business owners. We will meet at Grizzly's at the GAP for a cup of coffee or tea (and maybe a sneaky pastry).

For this event we won’t charge a fee and coffee and snacks aren’t included. You don't need to register for this event. Just show up at Grizzly's at the GAP in Glencullen (click here for the exact location) on Thursday the 26th of March between 10 and 11.30 AM.

Note: This is not a 'big' networking event like we organised in the past, but a small informal get together to bridge the time between that and our next big event (spoiler alert: that will take place on the 11th of June 2026)
