Pay it Forward programme

Many people across Ireland give so much of themselves: carers, volunteers, community organisers, activists, and those living with chronic illness. Others are navigating burnout, stress, or mental health challenges. These are the people who hold up their families, their communities, and often the world around them… yet rarely get the chance to pause and refill their own cup.

Our Pay it Forward programme exists to change that.

We offer free nature‑connection experiences, including restorative 2.5‑hour forest bathing walks, to individuals who would deeply benefit from time in nature but may not have the financial means to access it. Our aim is simple: to make moments of calm, grounding, and renewal available to those who need them most.

We need your help to achieve this

To make this possible, we raise funds through donation‑based events and our Buy Me a Coffee page.
Every contribution, big or small, goes directly towards creating fully funded nature‑connection sessions.

Once enough funds are gathered, we open places for people who could truly use a breath of fresh air, a gentle reset, and a chance to reconnect with themselves through nature.
