When you book an event with us, we collect only the personal details necessary to contact you about your booking (such as your name, email address, and phone number). For some events we will collect additional information needed for the event, for example allergies or dietary requirements.
How we use your data
Your information is used solely for:
- Communicating with you about the event you have booked
- Sending essential updates or information related to that event
- Guaranteeing your safety during the event
We do not use your personal data for any other purpose unless you give explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
We retain your contact details only until the event you booked has taken place. After the event, your personal information is deleted securely.
Newsletter subscription
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your email address for that purpose only. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your email address will be removed from our mailing list immediately.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
