Self paced online training

Coming April 2026

Step into a deeper relationship with the natural world and learn to guide others there too. This comprehensive online training is designed for anyone who feels called to support wellbeing, connection, and presence through nature. Study at your own pace, from anywhere, with the guidance of two experienced facilitators.

 

This course is led by Orlagh Walsh and Cat de Wit, founders of Beneath the Canopy. Both are qualified forest bathing guides with years of experience facilitating groups, designing nature‑based programs, and supporting people to reconnect with the land in meaningful, accessible ways.
