We can deliver our programme in a location that suits your staff. Options include: a green space near the workplace, a local park, a forest or public gardens. 

Our tailor-made outings are between 1 and 2.5 hours in length, and in that time, we begin with letting go of our worries and troubles before we take the participants on a journey through sensory meditation. After awakening our senses, we take a mindful exploration and absorption of our surroundings. We then gently guide the group through some sensory activities before we have some time to reflect on our experience that day. We then finish up with mindful tasting of some organic chocolate and fresh herbal tea made from something from Cat’s garden. Participants, having hit the “reset” button, return to work feeling refreshed and revitalised. 

Pricing 

1 hour experience: €200 for a group of ten. Between 10 and 15 - €20 per additional person.

2.5 hour experience: €350 for a group of ten (minimum number of participants). Between 10 and 15- €35 per additional person. 

This price includes : A forest bathing walk with experienced guides and a take-home gift.
