What this course offers
This training is for people who want to guide others in nature connection and forest bathing, whether for personal growth, community work, or starting a business. It’s practical, grounded, and designed to give you the tools to lead with confidence.
You’ll learn:
- What forest bathing and nature connection are, and why they matter
- How people connect with nature through different pathways
- How to use the senses to deepen nature connection
- The science behind forest medicine
- How to plan, lead, and evaluate a forest bathing walk
- Safety and group care outdoors
- Other nature connection practices like gardens, coastlines, and seasonal living
- Creative tools like journaling and nature art
- Working with children in nature
- Basic knowledge of trees and foraging
- Communicating with clients
- An introduction to starting your own nature-based business
