Boreen didn’t begin as a grand tech venture, it actually began at Cat’s kitchen table. So she turned to her husband Remco, who happens to be a software engineer, and asked him, half‑joking and half‑desperate, if he could build something. And he did.

As Cat’s dreams and ambitions grew, Boreen grew with them. When we needed self‑guided digital tours, Remco built them. When we launched a full training programme for Forest Bathing & Nature Connection Guides, he added a learning platform. What started as a tiny tool for one small business slowly became a flexible, thoughtful system that now supports many.
