Study at your own pace, from anywhere, with the guidance of two experienced facilitators.

 

This course is led by Orlagh Walsh and Cat de Wit, founders of Beneath the Canopy. Both are qualified forest bathing guides with years of experience facilitating groups, designing nature‑based programs, and supporting people to reconnect with the land in meaningful, accessible ways.
