Today we are inviting you to ground yourself.
Ground yourself by touching the earth with your bare feet or hands. Connecting to the earth with your bare skin can reduce inflammation in the body as well as helping us take a pause in our busy day. This can be done in your garden. And if you're not comfortable with taking off your shoes, just try touching some moss or some grass with your bare hands. Enjoy.
